Senior Contracts Manager

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join a well-established construction business. We are looking for a commercially minded, hands-on individual who can manage multiple construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Managing multiple projects from initial quotation through to completion Preparing quotations using Schedules of Rates (SOR) Managing budgets, costs and project timelines Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site activities Managing variations and additional works Attending site visits and client meetings Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard The Ideal Candidate: Strong background in Construction or Contracts Management Excellent working knowledge of Schedules of Rates (SOR) - essential Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Confident dealing with clients and subcontractors Proactive, hardworking and able to take ownership of projects Full UK driving licence essential SMSTS or CSCS desirable This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business offering a competitive salary, company car and a varied, hands-on role. ..... full job details .....
