The Role The successful candidate will supervise whole classes across a range of subjects, ensuring that students remain focused, productive, and on task throughout lessons. You will not be required to plan or deliver lessons but will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning and supporting school behaviour policies. Key Responsibilities Supervise classes during teacher absences. Deliver pre-set lesson materials and instructions. Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies. Encourage student participation and engagement. Support students with their learning where appropriate. Record attendance and report any issues to relevant staff members.
