Credit Controller Beccles An opportunity for a Credit Controller has arisen to work with a highly successful, well-established business. The role:Management and maintenance of the sales ledger.Raise sales ledger invoices, as well as ad-hoc manual invoice requestsDaily cash posting and allocation to customer accounts in multiple currenciesManagement of credit relationships with customer credit control departmentsEngagement with customers to ensure they pay within their agreed payment termsChasing overdue debts by telephone and emailMonitoring Customer credit limitsPoint of liaison with credit insurers to obtain/maintain credit insurance cover for new and existing customersLiaising with internal departments and customers to resolve queriesPrepare with commentary/actions a debt report on a regular basis.Skills required:Established credit control experienceDecision making, problem solving and analytical skills.Organisational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.The ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner, verbally and in writing, at all levels, both internally and externally to the company.Knowledge of Debt Collection legislationTo apply, please submit your CV or contact Caroline Meeson at Pure. ..... full job details .....
