HR Operations Manager, Employee Relations, Professional Services, Part Remote, Cardiff. HR Operations Manager required to work for a Professional Services Firm based in Cardiff. This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office at least once a week.Responsibilities
Be hands-on in day-to-day HR operations and support the HR function with a focus on Employee Relations.Develop and communicate strategy for the future vision of the HR Department.Partner with key stakeholders across the business and provide guidance on ER and HR generalist issues.Lead with energy and passion, demonstrating strong leadership to drive the HR agenda.Qualifications / Required experience
HR Generalist background with substantial Employee Relations experience.Experience in a Professional Services environment or similar context with stakeholder-facing responsibilities.Resilience, ability to handle difficult situations, and strong leadership skills.Energetic, passionate, and proactive mindset; comfortable owning initiatives and driving outcomes.Additional information
