Head of Finance - Public Sector - £55-60K + great benefits - Hybrid Working - Birmingham - Permanent Your new company You will be working as a Head of Finance for a small public sector body based in Birmingham.Your new role As Head of Finance, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the financial operations. You will manage a small team of three, providing support and guidance to them, whilst delivering robust financial reporting and strategic planning. You will drive change across financial systems and processes, whilst fostering strong partnerships across all departments. This role offers hybrid and flexible working, with their offices in the city centre of Birmingham, and contracted hours of 37 per week. What you''ll need to succeed Ideally, you will be a qualified Accountant, however exceptional QBE''s will be considered. You should have strong management skills, experience in change management (systems and teams), and be comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels.
