Regional Account Manager Location: Field based in Edinburgh, Scottish Borders, Durham and Newcastle areas Package: £45,000 - £50,000 basic + £15,000 OTE (uncapped) + Car + Excellent Benefits POST Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager for an established market leader. This field-based role covers a high-performing territory within one of the company s fastest growing divisions. Key Responsibilities of the Regional Account Manager: Territory Management: Maximise opportunities across your region, ensuring ROI through regular client reviews. Account Growth: Achieve sales targets and KPIs through upselling and cross-selling within an existing client base. Consultative Sales: Build trusted relationships by uncovering client needs and proposing tailored solutions. Product Expertise: Provide training and ongoing support to help customers get the most from their services. Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to remain a trusted advisor. CRM Usage: Keep detailed records of all client interactions and pipeline activity within the CRM. Team Collaboration: Partner with the Area Sales Director, internal teams, and head office to deliver client success.
