Property Manager (2 Positions Available)Full-Time Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm Office BasedLocation: Stoke PogesAbout the RoleDue to continued growth, we are seeking 2 experienced Property Managers to join a busy and professional lettings team based in Stoke Poges.The successful candidates will each manage a portfolio of approximately 200 residential properties, ensuring excellent service delivery to landlords and tenants while maintaining full legal and regulatory compliance.This is a full-time, office-based role offering long-term career progression within a supportive and structured environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a residential portfolio of approximately 200 propertiesAct as the main point of contact for landlords and tenantsHandle tenancy agreements and documentation in line with the Housing Act 1988Coordinate maintenance and repair works with approved contractorsArrange and conduct property inspectionsEnsure all properties remain compliant with current legislation and safety regulationsOversee rent collection, chase arrears, implement payment plans, and manage annual rent reviewsManage deposit negotiations and end-of-tenancy processesMaintain accurate records and update property management systemsBuild and maintain strong working relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractorsRequirementsProven UK experience as a Property ManagerStrong knowledge of landlord and tenant legislationUnderstanding of Health and Safety and compliance requirementsExcellent ..... full job details .....
