Technical Business Support Officer

We''re recruiting on behalf of our client for a Technical Business Support Officer to join their Property Services team. This is a varied role combining technical administration,data management,contractor coordination and financial support within a busy property maintenance environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Administer property management systems for reactive and planned maintenance
* Manage technical documentation including drawings,RAMS and contracts
* Monitor statutory compliance,including fire,gas and electrical testing
* Coordinate contractors,work orders and variations
* Process maintenance claims and invoices and monitor repair costs
* Produce reports on maintenance activity and contractor performance
* Liaise with clients,architects and contractors to resolve technical queries
* Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes through technology and AI-driven solutions

About You
* Strong knowledge of property management systems and Microsoft Office,particularly Excel
* An understanding of property maintenance and building safety legislation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly
* An NVQ/City & Guilds in building maintenance or relevant business administration qualification would be highly desirable
