The Cyber & Network Support Technician will play a key role in supporting clients with first-line technical issues, basic cyber-security tasks, and routine network troubleshooting.-This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who want to build a long-term career in IT- infrastructure and security.-

KEY DUTIES -

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, including-diagnosing and resolving common faults-
• Support cyber-security monitoring tasks, identifying potential vulnerabilities and-escalating risks-
• Assist in routine network troubleshooting, configuration, and securing of devices and-systems-
• Support the implementation of cyber-security best practices to protect systems-and-data from unauthorised access-
• Carry out basic cybersecurity testing and document findings-
• Log and document all support activities in line with internal processes.-
• Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex issues when required.-
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external users.-
