We are currently seeking a committed and caring Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis, starting as soon as possible.

Role Overview:

As a Teaching Assistant, youandrsquo;ll collaborate closely with classroom teachers to support pupilsandrsquo; learning and development. Your contribution will help students grow in confidence, acquire essential life skills, and reach their academic potential.

Key Duties:

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support
• Assist with classroom management and promote positive behaviour
• Modify learning resources to meet diverse needs and interests
• Support lesson delivery and classroom activities
• Foster strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Help maintain a calm, inclusive, and engaging learning space
• Track and report on student progress and wellbeing

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
• Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
• Confident in managing classroom routines and behaviour
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of inclusive education and safeguarding practices
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
