Daytona Sandown Park is looking for a Catering Assistant to join our friendly Front of House and Operations team.You''ll be the friendly face behind our Airstream food truck, serving hot and cold food and drinks to guests at our action-packed motorsport events.What Youll Do:

Operate our on-site catering unit

including opening, closing, and servingPrepare and serve burgers, breakfast rolls, chips, teas, coffees, snacks and moreDeliver excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitudeMaintain a clean, safe and fully stocked catering unitProcess orders and payments using our POS systemSupport the wider Front of House and Operations teams when neededWhat Were Looking For:

Experience in catering, cafés, or fast food is a plusValid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or above)Confident working independently and under pressureReliable, punctual, and flexible to work event-based hoursStrong attention to hygiene and cleanlinessExcellent communication and customer service skillsMust have the right to work in the UKWork With Us?
