HR Coordinator
Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Camberley, is looking for a HR Coordinator on a 12 Month Fixed term Contract. You will be supporting the day-to-day delivery of HR activities across the business. Working closely with senior members of the People team, you''ll be involved in all stages of the employee journey-from hiring and onboarding through to payroll support and employee relations.HR CoordinatorUp to £33,000 DOEMonday - Thursday , and on a Friday.12 Month Maternity Cover CamberleyHR CoordinatorJob Description Provide administrative support on employee matters such as attendance, conduct and performanceGuide managers on policies and procedures, escalating issues where neededAssist with monthly payroll preparationSupport employee engagement initiatives, recognition schemes and wellbeing activitiesManage onboarding tasks such as contracts, compliance checks and inductionsHandle leaver processes including documentation and exit interviewsSupport reporting on HR metrics such as absence, overtime and holidaysHR CoordinatorEssential Experience/Skills/QualificationsPrevious experience in an HR or People administration roleExperience supporting basic employee relations mattersCIPD Level 3 (or working towards) or equivalent experienceExperience with recruitment or onboarding processesExposure to payroll systems (e.g. Sage)HR CoordinatorCompany BenefitsRetail, gym and lifestyle discountsTwice-yearly profit share bonusCycle to Work schemeHealthcare cash plan for everyday ..... full job details .....
