Due to growth, we are looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer/Account Manager to work within our successful Trades & Labour division. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong client base, repeat business clients and a healthy pipeline of roles to fill.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Sourcing Trades & Labour candidates
• Vetting/Reference checks
• Compiling reference lists for Consultants
• Oversight of timesheets & compliance
• Liaising with clients on candidate availability
• Managing labour for key accounts

This is an opportunity to get a good solid understanding of construction recruitment, gaining valuable experience, with opportunity to grow into a full 360 recruitment role, taking on your own sector within Trades & Labour.
