TeacherActive is proud to be working with a children s residential provider in the heart of Carmarthenshire to look for Childrens Support Worker. The houses care for children and young people who have been diagnosed with EBD (Emotional Behavioural Difficulties) and SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health), or complex trauma needs. We are looking for a Childrens Support Worker to work on a full and part time basis with varying day and night shifts available. Our residential provider adopts an ethos that is child focused, while understanding that children will thrive when they feel safe and secure. A focus on providing consistency and continuity, ensuring at all times that children s wishes are heard and respected.
