Service AdvisorFranchised Motor Dealership - Manchester We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established VAG main dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer focused automotive professional who enjoys working in a fast paced dealership environment and wants to develop their career with a respected brand group.As a Service Advisor, you will act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop. You will ensure customers receive a professional and efficient service experience from booking through to vehicle collection.Key ResponsibilitiesBooking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repair workProviding customers with clear updates on vehicle progress and required workLiaising closely with technicians and the workshop teamUpselling additional work where required while maintaining excellent customer serviceProducing accurate job cards, invoices, and service documentationEnsuring customers receive a first-class aftersales experienceRequirementsMinimum 12 months experience as a Service Advisor (or similar aftersales role)Experience within a main dealer environment is highly desirableStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work in a busy, target-driven environmentGood organisational skills and attention to detailWorking Hours45 hours per weekSaturday rota: 8:00am - 1:00pm (1 in 3)Salary and BenefitsBasic Salary: £30,000+ depending on experienceOTE of up to £40,800Opportunity to work with ..... full job details .....
