Job Role: Children''s Home Registered Manager Location: Badgworth, Axbridge (BS26) - Existing 3-Bed Home Salary: £46,202.89 basic salary, with potential earnings up to £53,402.89 including bonuses Contract: Permanent, full-time Role Overview We are recruiting an experienced and driven Children''s Home Registered Manager to lead a well-established 3-bed EBD children''s home in Badgworth, Axbridge. This is an operational home with a full staff team and young people already placed, requiring a confident and capable Registered Manager who can step in and maintain strong care standards, team stability and regulatory compliance. As Children''s Home Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high-quality, child-centred care while driving positive outcomes in line with Ofsted expectations. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy ready for progression into a stable, well-supported environment.
