We are recruiting a full time Mon-Fri Client Assistant / Receptionist to be based in luxury offices in the heart of London. Main responsibilities will include: Providing a wow factor welcome to all clients and colleagues, ensuring the highest standard of hospitality is given at all times Book and prep meeting rooms for clients Making sure that the reception area and communal areas are well presented and running smoothly. To assist with the smooth daily running of the office, guest passes, taking post and courier deliveries etc Help with any networking or client events Offer tours of the office space to potential new clients Taking ownership - ensuring that the office is consistently well presented This is an exciting opportunity that offers growth within the company and plenty of training and development.
