Location: Lichfield, Staffordshire

Salary: £40,000

£50,000 + approx. £5,000 bonus

Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week (weekends required on a rota)

near Lichfield, producing refined, seasonal dishes to a

2 Rosette standard . This is a fantastic opportunity to take the reins in a high-quality venue known for its attention to detail and exceptional service.About the Role:

Youll oversee daily kitchen operations and lead a small, dedicated team. Your responsibilities will include:Designing and delivering creative, seasonal menus

Producing consistently high-quality food to 2 Rosette standard

Managing stock, ordering, and ensuring kitchen compliance

Leading service for weddings and exclusive events

Developing and mentoring junior chefs

Working flexibly across the week, including weekends where required

What Were Looking For:

An experienced Head Chef or strong Senior Sous ready to step up

Proven ability to cook to

2 Rosette standard

or higher

Background in weddings, events, or high-end hospitality

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Passionate, calm under pressure, and team focused

Whats on Offer:

£40,000£50,000 salary depending on experience

Plus approx. £5,000£6,000 service charge
