We provide supported housing, advice and guidance to over 170 vulnerable, homeless young people per year.Our Community Interest Company has a separate board and exists to provide 24/7 concierge services for young people at CAYSH and externally to vulnerable adults with complex needs.We are looking for a HR Advisor who can provide clear HR guidance and advice, whilst being supportive of CAYSH''s overall mission to end youth homelessness. You will be able to work as a team, liaise with and be supported by our insurer''s legal advisory service, and also work independently, leading projects yourself.This broad HR Advisor role sits within the leadership team, supporting day-to-day HR needs while contributing to business strategy and HR objectives.
