Duties for the role of Project Architect:

• Manage a small team of more junior levels and contribute to their professional development and check over their work
• liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Lead and work across RIBA work stages 1 through to 5 on residential and commercial projects
• Carry out site visits and ensure compliance is achieved
• Prepare design drawings for competitive tender

Requirements for the role of Project Architect:

• ARB Registered
• Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Vectorworks
• Experience with Revit would be advantageous
• Experience working on projects across RIBA stages 1-5
• Job running experience
• Experience in a previous role managing a small team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Peterborough area
