We are seeking a Site Supervisor to lead on-site operations. This role involves supervising active highway works including resurfacing, drainage, traffic systems, and structural repairs, ensuring safety, quality, and progress targets are met.

The Site Supervisor will manage daily civil engineering operations on highways, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality standards. They will oversee construction activities, conduct site checks, and enforce safety documentation (e.g., RAMS, permits).

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing civil engineering teams and subcontractors, with strong organizational and IT skills (MS Office, site systems).
