Responsibilities

Leading the Electrical Drive Units squad to deliver electrified propulsion systems as part of the next-generation EV strategy.

Own and prioritised the squad''s product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

Define outcome-based user stories and developed a clear product roadmap to guide delivery.

Enable high-performing, self-organising squads through collaboration, coaching, and Agile leadership.

Present KPI dashboards and delivery progress to senior leadership, highlighting value creation and team impact.

Manage inter-squad dependencies, optimised planning, and support the Scrum Master in removing delivery blockers
