Savings Project Social Workers 2 Positions We are looking for two experienced Social Workers to support a savings and transformation project within Adult Social Care. These roles will suit practitioners who are confident working in a fast-paced environment, managing a high volume of work while maintaining quality and professional standards. You will be required to: Undertake reviews, assessments and reassessments of individuals receiving care and support. Identify appropriate care and support solutions while considering opportunities for efficiencies and savings. Review existing packages of care and identify whether they remain appropriate and proportionate. Work closely with individuals, families, providers and other professionals. Complete accurate assessments, reviews and recording within required timescales. Make sound professional judgements based on risk, need and available resources. Manage a demanding caseload and meet project deadlines. Contribute to achieving agreed savings and service improvement objectives.
