Are you an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer who thrives on solving problems and providing outstanding customer service? We’re looking for someone just like you to join clients IT team on a 6-month contract, providing high-quality technical support across hardware, software, and infrastructure.Your duties and responsibilities will be
Delivering IT support via phone, email, remote tools, and onsite visits.Building, configuring, and deploying PCs, desk phones, and mobile devices.Maintaining and supporting hardware, software, and desktop infrastructure.Ensuring all software applications are patched and compliant.Managing tickets end-to-end, documenting fixes, and meeting SLAs.Working with vendors/suppliers and arranging site visits when needed.Creating documentation and user training materials to support IT users.Being flexible to cover IT support across sites, including occasional travel.You will have the following qualifications and experience
Strong experience in 2nd Line/Desktop support within a medium or large business.Confident communication skills both over the phone and face-to-face.Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10/11).Experience with Office 365, Microsoft Office suite, Identity Manager, MDM, and deployment tools.Understanding of PC hardware setup/configuration and basic network concepts.Asset and software management experience.UK Driving Licence (essential).It\''s also great if you have the following
