You''ll play a key role in supporting developers, contractors, homeowners, lenders, and insurers through technical auditing during construction and the assessment of structural warranty claims. The Role As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will undertake and oversee technical audits on residential and mixed-use developments, ensuring construction works comply with recognised industry standards, Building Regulations, and structural warranty requirements. You will also review inspection reports submitted by surveyors, assess technical findings, manage outstanding issues, and liaise with developers, contractors, and site teams to ensure remedial works are completed efficiently.
