Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Passive Fire Estimator to strengthen their commercial team.The ideal candidate will be based in the North West and ideally able to work from the St Helens office. However, the business is open to considering an exceptional candidate who is based further afield.The RoleAs Passive Fire Estimator, you will take responsibility for pricing a range of passive fire protection tenders, ensuring accurate and commercially competitive submissions are produced and successfully handed over to the delivery team.Key responsibilities will include:Pricing tenders for fire stopping and compartmentation packagesPricing planned and reactive maintenance contracts across the UK, Ireland, and EUCompleting detailed take-offs from drawings, surveys, and specificationsBuilding accurate rates covering labour, materials, plant, access, and preliminariesLiaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotationsAttending site visits, ..... full job details .....
