Quantity Surveyor

We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established regional main contractor based in Bristol. The business is well renowned in the region and has undertaken projects across Bristol within the education, commercial, healthcare and social housing sectors valuing up to -15mil. The business has been continually growing in the region for the last 5 years and is now continuing the expansion, hence the need for an additional Quantity Surveyor.

About the role of Quantity Surveyor:

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing your own smaller scale projects or may work alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor on larger schemes.

Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor:

• Sub-contract procurement
• Manage sub-contractors accounts on site, dealing with variations
• Deal with final accounts

Key Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor position:

• Have a HNC / construction related degree
• Have administered JCT / NEC forms of contract
• Must have the full right to work in the UK
• Must live within commutable distance to Bristol
