You will undertake and input into feasibility studies through to design development and project management to ensure that refurbishment and redevelopment projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the highest of standards.What you''ll need to succeed An excellent building surveying and project management skillset with experience of delivering complex property projects. A good understanding of building regulations, health and safety, contractor management.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. The ability to prepare detailed specifications. A minimum qualification level of HNC / HND / degree. What you''ll get in return Salary of up to £53,000 per year. 28 days annual leave per year + bank holidays. Excellent contributory pension scheme.
