Are you a Procurement professional with experience across Hospitality, Manufacturing or Food categories? We re working with a leading business in the sector seeking a Procurement and Category professional to support their UK and European operations.This role will suit someone commercially astute, a strong negotiator, and comfortable managing suppliers across multiple categories. You ll be working closely with cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiencies, innovation, and excellent supplier relationships. What you ll be doing: Developing and implementing supply base strategies aligned with business goals. Managing supplier relationships across UK and Europe, ensuring commercials and opportunities are delivered. Negotiating contracts and supplier terms. Identifying cost savings and efficiencies, and reporting progress to senior stakeholders. Collaborating with Product Development and Supply Chain teams to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions. Overseeing supplier onboarding, category reporting, and category action plans. Monitoring market trends, risks, and opportunities, and taking proactive action. Supporting supply chain to ensure supplier agreements drive strong product availability and customer service.
