Reporting directly to the MD, you will take ownership of the company s finances and take a lead on planning and purchasing across the supply chain.The successful Finance and Supply Chain Manager duties will involve: Maintain and manage financial records including receipt, input and production of the day to day commercial documents overseeing bookkeeping protocols.Ownership and production of management accounts in prescribed PandL and balance sheet formats and present the narrative of their analysis at monthly investor meetings.Take ownership of budget and forecast models for internal and external scrutinyOversee payroll, create and maintain HR policiesProvide sales analysis and associated systems to support business developmentProvide costings for both made in-house and brought-in products, track variances and drive improvementsProvide all other ad-hoc reports, analysis, performance data and record keeping as required to improve business performanceLiaise with internal departments to gauge forecast and plan effectivelyAddress demand and supply related issues in a timely manner This is a phenomenal company that ..... full job details .....
