This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and reliable "safe pair of hands" who can quickly integrate into the business and operate with minimal supervision or training.The company specialises in fit-out projects across the education and commercial sectors, delivering high-quality environments including schools, science laboratories, food technology rooms, and commercial laboratory spaces.Projects typically range from £30k to £1m in value, with a healthy and consistent pipeline of work generated through ongoing enquiries and repeat business.The RoleAs Estimator, you will be responsible for managing and preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for a variety of fit-out projects. The role is predominantly office-based with hybrid flexibility following a bedding in period, alongside occasional site visits as required.Key responsibilities include:Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissionsReviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentationObtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotationsLiaising with clients, suppliers, and the internal delivery teamIdentifying value engineering opportunities where appropriateManaging multiple enquiries and tender deadlines simultaneouslySupporting handovers ..... full job details .....
