Our pupils present with a range learning differences like dyslexia and dyscalculia.You will play a key role in developing pupils communication, interaction, and functional life skills, enabling them to access meaningful learning, develop independence, and prepare for adulthood.Key Responsibilities Manage a varied caseload across both primary and secondary phases Deliver comprehensive communication assessments and evidence-based interventions Support pupils with Speech, Communication and Language Needs (SCLN), including complex communication profiles Produce high-quality clinical reports for Annual Reviews and EHCP processes Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team (including Occupational Therapists, teachers and support staff) across both sites Embed therapy targets into the curriculum through a whole-school, total communication approach Support the development and implementation of AAC strategies across the school ..... full job details .....
