Sales Account Manager
Account ManagerLocation: NorthamptonBased: Office-based with 2-3 days field-basedHours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00Salary: £40,000 + bonus (OTE £50,000) + company carThe RoleWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with our clients existing client base. This role is key to ensuring excellent service delivery while identifying opportunities to grow revenue within each account.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customersUnderstand client needs and provide tailored product and service solutionsFollow up on leads, quotations, proposals, and sample requestsIdentify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-sellingManage day-to-day customer enquiries and resolve issues efficientlyArrange and attend customer meetings (on-site and virtual)Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service deliveryMaintain accurate records using CRM systems and track account performanceSkills and ExperienceProven experience in Account Management or B2B sales (buy-sell environment preferred)Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong commercial awareness and sales acumenHighly organised, proactive, and confident working with customersProficient in CRM systems and Microsoft 365Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Achievement of sales targetsMeaningful Selling Interactions (MSIs)Deals wonWhat''s on OfferCompetitive salary of £40,000Bonus scheme with ..... full job details .....
