My client is looking to recruit two experienced residential property professionals to join their established and dynamic property team. These are full-time expansion roles, based in their Cheshire offices with the potential of hybrid working in the future.The role will be to manage and handle a varied caseload of residential sale and purchase transactional work (from file opening through to completion and post completion work), freehold and leasehold property, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, newbuild and help to buy transactions.The role is supported with the use of an excellent Case Management System and with secretarial and administrative assistance. The Successful Candidate The successful candidates will be either Solicitors, Licenced Conveyancers or Legal Executives with (ideally) 3+ years'' experience running your own caseload.You will be comfortable working independently and on your own initiative, producing high-quality work.Managing your own caseloads and priorities and demonstrating great organisational skills, you will be able to work autonomously and effectively.
