Contracts Manager - Main ContractorLocation: London / South East Salary: Competitive + Package Project Values: 20m- 80m Projects: Commercial, Mixed-Use and Hotels Project Responsibility: 1-2 ProjectsThe OpportunityA leading and well-established main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join its growing team.The business delivers high-quality projects across the commercial, mixed-use and hospitality sectors, including major office developments, complex mixed-use schemes and hotel projects.The successful candidate will have responsibility for 1-2 projects at any one time, providing strong operational leadership from pre-construction and mobilisation through to completion and handover.Projects typically range from 20m to 80m, offering the opportunity to work on technically challenging and high-profile developments.The RoleAs Contracts Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of your projects, working closely with the Project Director, Commercial team, Design team, consultants and client.You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.Key ResponsibilitiesTake overall responsibility for the delivery of 1-2 projects.Lead project teams through the construction lifecycle from mobilisation to completion.Manage and coordinate Project Managers, Site Managers and wider delivery teams.Work closely with the Project Director to establish ..... full job details .....
