Salary: £38,000 Location: Sheffield Hours: Monday to Thursday- 6.15am till 4.30pm Benefits: Monday to Thursday only! Work with family feel business Healthcare scheme Up to 5% company pension after 12 months service 33 days annual leave Duties of an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer: Attending to PPM''s and breakdowns on a daily basis Assisting electrical engineer as and when needed Ensure equipment is operating correctly to minimise machinery downtime Inspection testing, installations as and when needed Ordering parts/ spares to ensure available as and when needed Certification of all new and existing installations to regulations Retesting and certifying presses to HSG236 regulations Using Shire (pirana) CMMS system daily Ensuring daily, weekly and annual servicing is complete Assist with machine installations as and when needed Working with other departments to a continuous improvement focus to ensure the business is the best it can be Desired experience of Mechanical Maintenance Engineer: You must have at least Level 3 or above in Mechanical Engineering (City and Guilds - Apprentice trained) It would be advantageous for you to have HNC and HND qualifications but not essential Ideally have 3 years+ experience within in a Mechanical maintenance ..... full job details .....
