We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to spearhead the growth of two powerhouse snacking brands. In this role, you will lead the creation of digital content, drive community engagement, and execute high-impact experiential marketing initiatives. What you''ll do: Campaign Leadership: Drive 360 integrated marketing campaigns and brand activations across digital, field, and shopper channels. Social and Digital: Own the UK digital presence, managing content calendars for TikTok and Instagram while directing local creative agencies. Partnerships and Media: Lead relationships with influencers, PR, and media partners to generate brand hype and manage media investment. Strategic Sampling: Oversee field marketing and product sampling plans to drive product trial and retail visibility. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with EMEA marketing, sales, supply, and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand execution.
