Overview

Senior Quantity Surveyor role in London. This is a position with a well-established Building and Quantity Surveying consultancy based in Central London near Farringdon. The role offers hybrid working and a development pathway within a supportive team of over 40 staff (including a smaller team of 5 Quantity Surveyors). The company’s core focus is residential and commercial projects, with initial responsibility for residential projects and involvement in facade remediation projects.Responsibilities

Lead projects and develop junior staff with a clear progression pathway.Produce cost plans and advise on cost options.Prepare tender documents, perform contract administration and provide Employer s Agent services.Negotiate and agree interim valuations, variations and final accounts.Qualifications

BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or an MRICS accredited degree (or working towards MRICS).Experience within a private practice / consultancy.Ideally experience working on Residential projects.Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge.Excellent attitude and team player.Benefits
