Senior Negotiator (UK) We are seeking an epxerience Senior Negotiator to lead the procurement of large-scale investment projects and industrial works across the UK. This is a high-impact role within a dynamic EMEA procurement structure, focused on deliverying value, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence in capital expenditure projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end procurement for CAPEX projects including industrial works, mechanical installations, civil engineering, and technical services. Support internal stakeholders in defining operational requirements and procurement strategies. Contribute to optimisation of procurement processes using performance KPIs. Organise, launch and manage competitive tender processes. Analyse and negotiate bids to secure optimal commercial and contractual outcomes. Monitor and resolve contractual issues or disputes where necessary. Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships to drive continuous improvement. Requirements: 5+ years experience in industrial / technical procurement. Proven background in CAPEX purchasing, industrial investments, or technical works procurement. Experience within construction, mechanical, civil engineering, or industrial project environments. Full UK driving licence - National travel required.
