Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, architecture, and integration.Mentor and support a team of Salesforce consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Conduct regular project reviews and status updates with stakeholders.Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant with a strong track record of successful project delivery.In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and others.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.What We ..... full job details .....
