About the Role:

We are looking for a Construction Site Manager for holiday cover on an industrial refurbishment project. With a strong focus on steel frame fabrication & industrial refurbishment/fit-out. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating trades, ensuring health & safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day site operations;
- Supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring high standards of workmanship;
- Maintain health and safety in line with regulations;
- Coordinate deliveries, materials, and equipment on-site;
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and risk assessments;

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry;
- SMSTS and First Aid qualifications (essential);
- CSCS Managers Card (preferred);
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
