The Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Work alongside teachers to support childrens learning both individually and in small groups
- Assist with classroom activities, helping to engage and motivate pupils
- Support children with additional learning needs and promote their confidence
- Help create a positive and safe learning environment

What Were Looking For:
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
- Experience working with primary-aged children is desirable but not essential
- Willingness to learn and be part of a supportive team
