About Little DukesLittle Dukes is the early years arm of the Dukes Education Group, with independent nurseries in London, Richmond upon Thames, Brighton and Hove and Worthing. Duties
Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5
Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities, ensuring they are stimulating and engaging
Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
Qualifications
Minimum Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification)
Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Paediatric First Aid (preferred)
Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)
