FLT Counterbalance with Clamp Operator £15/hour Location: Leicester (LE9) Shifts: Rotating Days, Afternoons, Nights We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance with Clamp Operator on behalf of our client based in Leicester (LE9). Key Responsibilities: Safely operate a forklift truck with a clamp attachment Conduct risk assessments and daily safety checks Report any health and safety concerns promptly Maintain high standards of housekeeping across work areas Ensure product quality through diligent checks Work efficiently to meet daily production targets Take ownership of materials, equipment, and storage areas Respond quickly to breakdowns and assist maintenance teams Carry out regular inspections and basic maintenance routines Keep the plant, machinery, and workspaces clean and safe Requirements: Valid FLT Counterbalance licence with clamp attachment experience Strong communication and teamwork skills Good organisational ability and attention to detail Able to work independently and problem-solve under pressure Positive attitude and willingness to support process improvements Shift Pattern: Morning: 06 15 Afternoon: 14 15 Night: 22 15 (3-shift weekly rotation) Pay and Benefits: £15.00 per hour Overtime paid at 1.5x after 41.25 hours per week Sunday overtime paid at 2x (if required) 28 days annual leave Pension scheme Free on-site parking ..... full job details .....
