Head of Property Services Sidcup, Kent (with travel across services) Permanent Full Time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday £55,000 per annum The Role We are working on behalf of a leading not-for-profit organisation that supports people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs across England. As a values-driven charity, they are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred services that enable the people they support to live fulfilling and independent lives. They are now seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Property Services to join their Senior Leadership Team. This is a senior, high-impact role with full responsibility for leading property strategy, housing management, compliance, development and acquisition across a multi-site operation. This role is based from a head office in Sidcup, Kent, with hybrid working in place. A minimum of 40% of working time will be spent in face-to-face settings. Travel across services is a core requirement of the role, and candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle. Mileage will be reimbursed.
