£13.50 per hour

6:00am-2:00pm / 2:00pm-10:00pm, Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for a Site Operator to join a busy facility based on Wrexham Industrial Estate. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards across the site, ensuring operations run safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures.

Site Operator Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning, sanitisation, and general site maintenance duties across operational and communal areas.
• Follow all site safety, hygiene, and operational procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Perform routine checks and report any faults, hazards, or maintenance issues.
• Safely use equipment, machinery, and cleaning products as required.
• Keep accurate records of completed tasks and ensure all duties are carried out to a high standard.

The Ideal Site Operator

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar environment and demonstrate:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organisational and time management skills
• A reliable and proactive approach to work
