The Role This is a broad, hands on marketing leadership role for someone who wants to make a real difference.The Head of Digital Marketing will take ownership of the marketing function, leading the team and setting the strategy to drive growth across the business. While digital will be at the heart of the role, this isn''t about focusing on one channel. The successful candidate will understand how PPC, SEO, CRM, email, affiliate, social, PR, content, brand and partnerships all work together to attract customers and, ultimately, grow the business. They will lead the in-house marketing team, work closely with external agencies and collaborate with the UX, Content and Digital Media teams to turn ideas into results.Most importantly, the business is looking for someone with energy, curiosity and an entrepreneurial approach.
