As an Associate Director, you will:Support Partners and Directors by managing and developing a team of tax specialists, coaching and guiding them to meet objectives.Assist in implementing business plans and generating new business opportunities.Build and manage internal and external networks to create fee-generating opportunities and support pitches.Lead on assignments or support Directors/Partners, ensuring team management and development.Manage client relationships and deliver excellent service with minimal supervision.Invest in your professional development and seek regular feedback.Act with integrity, aligning with the firm''s values.Candidate Profile
