Job Role: Plumber Multi TraderLocation: Covering LondonSalary: £38,000 - £40,000 + Van and Fuel CardJob Type: PermanentI am currently seeking an experienced and reliable Plumber Multi Trader to join a reactive maintenance team, carrying out plumbing repairs and general maintenance works within social housing properties across London.The ideal candidate will be a strong plumber by trade, with proven experience completing domestic plumbing repairs within occupied properties. Candidates should have a solid background in reactive maintenance, fault finding, and delivering high-quality plumbing solutions for tenants.A Plumbing qualification such as an NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing would be highly desirable.
