This is an exciting opportunity to lead the school''s Autism Support Centre, providing high-quality support for approximately eight pupils across Years 1-6 with autism and additional special educational needs.Working within a nurturing and inclusive environment, you will play a key role in ensuring every child receives the tailored support they need to achieve their full potential.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day provision within the Autism Support Centre.Plan and deliver engaging, personalised learning and support for pupils with autism and additional SEN.Provide leadership, guidance and day-to-day direction to Learning Support Assistants (LSAs).Work collaboratively with the wider school staff, parents, the Local Authority and external professionals to ensure pupils receive the highest standard of support.Monitor pupil progress and contribute to EHCP reviews, annual reviews and other relevant documentation.Promote a positive, structured and inclusive learning environment that enables pupils to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.The Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will have:Qualified Teacher Status ..... full job details .....
